Alaina is a board certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, NCC) who specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other ongoing mental health challenges. She believes that healing is possible for everyone and strives to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Alaina’s approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you deserve to heal from the past, feel more present in your life today, and move toward a future that reflects your values, hopes, and goals. She integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and strengths.
Above all, Alaina values the therapeutic relationship and understands that beginning the healing process can feel overwhelming. She meets each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect, working collaboratively to help them build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her goal is to meet you where you are and support you as you move toward where you want to be.
